- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Content Creator
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Multitasking capability & accountability
Proficient In
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- CapCut অথবা similar tools
Strong Knowledge Of
- Visual storytelling
- Color theory
- Branding & identity design
- Composition, typography & layout structure
Responsibilities & Context:
- Modern graphics, logos, social media posts, banners এবং ডিজিটাল প্রোমোশনাল মেটেরিয়াল ডিজাইন করা
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube সহ বিভিন্ন প্ল্যাটফর্ম অনুযায়ী design size adaptation করতে পারা
- সর্বদা latest design trends ও industry-standard design style সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা
- Brand guideline অনুসরণ করে consistent design maintain করা
- Basic video editing স্কিল থাকা
- Exceptionally high attention to detail, color balance ও aesthetic layout understanding
- Organized working style এবং proper file management (clean PSD/AI, proper layer naming, asset management)
- Time management দক্ষতা deadline strictly maintain
