Responsibilities & Context:

Hiring: Google Ads Specialist for Lead Generation

We're seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of lead generation strategies using Google Ads (e.g., search, display, performance max, remarketing).
  • Proven experience working in the USA, Canada, and Europe markets, with a strong understanding of regional regulations, audience targeting, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent sense of advertisement creativity, including ad copywriting, A/B testing, and visual optimization for maximum engagement and conversions.
  • At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Ability to demonstrate live results from past campaigns (e.g., ROAS, CPC, conversion rates, lead quality metrics) via case studies, dashboards, or shared access.
