Facebook, Instagram & TikTok page handling
Content posting & scheduling (daily/weekly)
Basic graphic coordination with Creative Team
Maintaining brand voice across all platforms
2. Inbox & Comments Management
Daily inbox reply
Comments handling & customer query responses
Lead filtering & proper communication
Basic community management
3. CRM & Lead Management
Lead tracking & follow-up coordination
Query → Lead → Conversion pipeline update
Maintaining CRM dashboard
Updating conversion ratios regularly
Coordinating with Sales & Marketing team
4. Reporting & Analysis
Weekly social media performance report
Lead report, CRM report, sales funnel update
Google Sheet dashboards update
Monthly insights & improvement suggestions
