Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

This position demand for developing different types of training materials including audio visual documentary, collect and keep update all data and maintain full archive of the department. Provide technical (IT) support and improvise new ideas and produce annual report and other publication necessary for T&OD Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop different types of documentary on different events and activities performed by T & OD Department.
  • Preserve all necessary documentation in the form of both soft copy and hard copy
  • Develop different types of training materials including audio visual and documentary,
  • Prepare scripting, visualization, photographs for to improvise new ideas in spite of easy approach to understand and realize through induction and orientation programs.
  • Design and develop cover page with attractive illustration for publication of training modales, manuals booklet and annual report.
  • Capture video and still image of different events of the company for editing.
  • Extensively execute data preparation, talsilation, analysis de reporting,
  • Collect & preserve information including picture archive.
  • Establish an effective and efficient information systern in The OD department
  • Prepare and maintain full archive of the department.
  • Preserve and maintain training aids de equipments.
  • Assist in organizing induction and traming program at CIIO as well as conducting meetings.
  • Assist and support in designing and developing different types of training modules, materials &c handout.
  • Communicate and collect relevant materials from different training institutes.
  • Develop and maintain management infonnation system (MIS) consulting with GM
  • Involve in traming process and facilitate session in training prograta independently
  • Keep and maintain training records always updated.
  • Preserve and maintain JD bank with updated job description for all the department de units of then group
