Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Must have professional degree : ACA/ ACMA/ Advance stage CA
∎ Skills Required: Financial Analysis

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Business Operation, Corporate Finance, Finance and bank cooperation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, review and forecast cash flow positions (short term and long term) of the Organization.
∎ Understand shortage (borrowing needs), and funds available for investment
∎ Manage AP and AR and ensure payments on time
∎ Manage sufficient fund flow to ensure working capital and capital investment requirements
∎ Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange exposure
∎ Discuss and assess the requirements of equity fund. Prepare plans for the same.
∎ Manage lowest cost debt funds ( local and foreign)
∎ Understand risks related to borrowing locally versus foreign and plan accordingly
∎ Invest excess funds in short term or long term instruments, ensure minimum risk and maximum return
∎ Device the right cash management system and ensure minimum float
∎ Review the working capital requirement, business by business, and ensure maximum efficiency around the same
∎ Maintain relationships with bank and financial institutions
∎ Maintain relationships with credit rating agencies
∎ Formulate policies and procedures to ensure adequate level of controls around financial activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, leadership, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in excel and analytical tools.
∎ Expert knowledge in building different financial models in order to evaluate various financial plans.
∎ Analytical mindset
∎ Solid team player
