• Professional Qualification: ACA/FCA (Preferred)

• Financial Strategy & Leadership – Formulate and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, optimize costs, and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring to maintain financial discipline and maximize profitability.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance – Deliver timely and accurate financial reports while ensuring full compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, Bangladesh Bank directives, and other statutory requirements.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management – Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships, including export financing, L/Cs, and effective fund utilization.
• Costing & Profitability Analysis – Oversee product costing and margin analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Internal Control & Risk Management – Establish strong internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards.
• Any other task given by the management.
