Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced leader to perform the responsibilities of Admin and lead a team of HR, Admin & compliance professional of all units.
∎ Ensure overall maintenance and beautification work of all units of Admin & HR.
∎ Closely concentrate on all activities to ensure business development.
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance function of the Company.
∎ Supervising attendance, Leave, Discipline issues and solve any dispute.
∎ Arrange recruitment with strategies planning and ensure placing of right man in the right place.
∎ Monitor, safety, health, Hygiene, environment and security properly.
∎ Maintain liaison with the local civil administration including Govt. Semi Govt. high officials.
∎ Work closely with HR regarding hiring practice payroll and benefits disbursement.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed on business focus.
∎ Support compliance team to accomplish their mission and ensure all the Licenses are kept in updated.
∎ Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program and succession plan.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
∎ Managing Banking Activities & Reconcile Bank Ledger with Ledger of Accounts Dept.
∎ Preparing Monthly different financial statements.
∎ Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.
∎ Responsible for Internal Auditing assisting External Auditor.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT related papers.
∎ Checking & Approving Airlines, Shipping lines and other Vendors Bills.
∎ Expert in Quick-Book
∎ Perform all F&A activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have vast experience in maintaining the books of accounts of a freight forwarding.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking.
∎ Has strong communication skill.
∎ Adequate IT knowledge .
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Leadership and Team Management skills.
