Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)/ FCA/ FCMA will get advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and analysis Monthly Financial Statements for Hospital.
∎ Review with notes and comments, conducted evaluations of financial systems, internal control and assist internal audit department of Hospital.
∎ Have experience to develop and maintain Standard & Efficient Cost Accounting System.
∎ Supervise and assist all accounts personnel and their daily works so that, they able to perform their work smoothly.
∎ To determine the direct cost incurred by each and every salable product / services. i.e. investigation, procedure, service, medicine, bed charge, canteen & cafeteria and any other product / service of the hospital.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge regarding cost control & cost reduction process of Hospital.
∎ Should have knowledge about L/C opening, costing, closure & documentation.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge and work experience regarding Tally Software, M/S Office.
∎ Liaison time to time with the higher authority as well as the Management for taking any decision, change, rectification of the accounts of the Hospital.
∎ Serve various types of financial report and information to the higher authority as well as the Management and any other department of the hospital.
∎ Liaison with the hospital staff for collecting various types of accounting information for conducting regular work smoothly.
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and hospital's policies.
∎ Perform special tasks, as assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 40 to 55 years

∎ Should have adequate knowledge and work experience regarding Tally Software, ERP Software M/S Office.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
