Additional Requirements:
Candidate must have sufficient language skill (C1 or C2 level) in German language.
Must be customer oriented.
Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain effective communication with German Officials.
To ensure day to day office activities.
Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP, standards.
To ensure team building & Staff supervision & guidance.
