• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plant Operation

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals Production, QA and R&D

• The candidate should have 5 years running Experience in Similar post in any reputed pharmaceuticals Company.

• The candidate who is working as GM (Plant) in a reputed Pharmaceuticals company is encourage to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments
• Plan, organize, direct optimum day-to-day operations to exceed Principal customers- expectations.
• Hardcore Exposure to Solid, Liquid, Semisolid and Parenteral Dose Manufacturing Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environment.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while eliminating unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements and financial planning
• Manage material replenishment, quality standard, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives
• Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to team.
• Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed.
• Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Good liaison with local authority to address and resolve the issues related to plant operations.
