Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person who has knowledge about fiber and yarn marketing policies.
∎ Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing, and reporting overall activities of the marketing Department as per management requirements.
∎ Sourcing new party, analyzing cost & benefits, getting offers, giving PI, getting LC, providing DO, ensuring timely delivery of yarns, completing documents preparation on time, getting party acceptance of the document, following up on accepted document submission to party banks for acceptance, ensuring payment on maturity.
∎ Dealings with buyers and addressing any problems raised with buyers.
∎ Ensuring smooth production and delivery as per buyers' requirements with optimum utilization of production capacity.
∎ Performing any other jobs related to sales & marketing as per management requirements.
∎ To maintain appropriate communicative knowledge with customers & handling different types of claims efficiently.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have the potential to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy for marketing.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
∎ The person must have knowledge about spinning and should have worked in various spinning mills that used to produce PC/PVC yarn.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Manage and complete all required documentation, filing work, and system data entry accurately and efficiently.
∎ Arrange sample dispatch to required recipients eg: Buying, Product Development teams, and Suppliers
∎ Responsible for proper follow-up and committed to the timeline given by Buyers and obviously meet the timeline.
∎ Co-ordinates with a production team in order to deliver the on-time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to the buyer.
∎ Ready to travel inside and outside the country.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 3 years working experience as DGM/ GM Marketing
