Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing comprehensive and integrated Sales and Marketing Plan and Strategy for Wholesale and Retail division.
∎ Establish reasonable sales goals based upon current market trends, and develop and implement effective strategies to achieve those goals.
∎ Ensure market research & development and identify new potential markets and sales opportunities for business growth.
∎ To ensure proper invoice, deposit of sales fund /deliver to the accounts dept. with proper documentations.
∎ Assist to develop marketing strategies and support to conduct effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness among customers
∎ Setting effective distribution channel for footwear.
∎ Monitor and analyze progress, identify the limitations and take appropriate steps accordingly.
∎ Set weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target and submit subsequent achievement report.
∎ Establish reasonable sales goals based upon current market trends, and develop and implement effective strategies to achieve those goals.
∎ Ensure market research & development and identify new potential markets and sales opportunities for business growth.
∎ To ensure proper invoice, deposit of sales fund /deliver to the accounts dept. with proper documentations.
∎ Reconciliation of ledger balance (how much sales revenue Kyros will get from parties) with Accounts departments and subsequently inform the buyer.
∎ Frequent field visit, monitor and follow up the sales operations for achieving sales targets.
∎ Ensure compliance of organizational rules and policies in sales administration.
∎ Ability to explore new Business Opportunities & Customer Development.
∎ To ensure good relationship with dealers, showroom and corporate customers.
∎ Submit regular report to management, Collect market and customer information and provide feedback to the Management.
∎ Make contract/deed with new Dealers/Distributor
∎ Setting Annual, Semi-annual and Monthly Sales Target.
∎ Responsible for setting most effective promotional activities.
∎ Plan, organize and establish wholesale and retail network/coverage and ensure growth of Market Share.
∎ To develop new dealers / distributors/Outlets.
∎ Setting effective distribution channel for footwear.
∎ Identify Market Gap and Niche Market for growth.
∎ To expand the marketing network of assigned area and provide regular updates.
∎ To maintain Distributor and Buyers' information Database.
∎ Following up customers regularly for feedbacks and quires.
∎ Following payments and reporting to higher management.
∎ Maintaining and updating customer databases.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
∎ Monitor the attendance and monitor of sales officer.
∎ Regular market visit.
∎ To solve any problem with field force and Customers relating to sales & distributions.
∎ Timely send sales documents to Head Office.
∎ Closely observe and monitor competitor activities & report to the superior.
∎ Establish co-ordination with production & distribution.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales force regularly in order to increase market share and to achieve sales target.
∎ Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives.
∎ Ability to take up challenges and maintain a significant growth in business.
∎ Responsible for achieving Company objectives along with wholesale, retail coverage, territory volume through Company sales force and distributors.
∎ Lead and Implement Different Trade Scheme.
∎ Guide and coach Sales team in setting up their target and ensure due compliance through continuous supervision, monitoring and management inputs.
∎ Identify Market Gap and Niche Market for growth.
∎ Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring, Assist Regional Sales Manager and Executive as and when required.
∎ Proficient to handle the issues & knowledgeable on managing market intelligence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
