Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform short term planning, forecasting and recording/ documenting of Legal Entity Financials.
∎ Design, implement and control all types of finance, accounts & costing matters and preparing up-dated MIS reports for the management.
∎ Participate in development and implement financial strategies. Cost, management & financial accounting plans, budgets and policies in consensus with the Company's goals.
∎ Product Costing Exercise, Inventory valuation related all activities, updating and reconciliations, Product Supply functional Cost Analysis
∎ Supervision of all finance, accounts, and costing related issues.
∎ To supervise the all project and maintenance materials procured on time when required with economic price.
∎ Prepare profit margin report and order wise variance analysis for the top management.
∎ Provide analytics and support in preparation of presentations for Board meetings, and other requirements for external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure data integrity and error correction
∎ Analyzed project cost with a view to keeping expenditure within the budgeted limits.
∎ Develop and implement purchase policies
∎ Ensure Funds management in most effective and profitable manner and mitigating risks associated with financial management &operations.
∎ Manage debtors and creditors, salaries and benefits, cost of capital accumulation, advance, margins, deposits, prepayments &investments.
∎ Keep record of all properties, plants & equipment owned
∎ Ensure compliance against accounting standards, govt. taxation policies, Company law and internal Company Policies.
∎ Ensure timely submission of annual Income Tax Return, , monthly VAT return, half yearly Withholding Tax/VAT return, RJSC/BSEC/FRC requirements,
∎ Monitor and advise costs and management accounting team of other sister concerns of the group to ensure efficiency by analyzing production and utilization of budget and budget plan, analysis of variance and efficiency, cost-volume- profit analysis and capital budgeting.
∎ Manage renewal of all fiscal licenses required for business - timely reports & return filing for hassle free process.
