Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Commerce/ MBA from any reputed University with FCMA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop effective budget models for departments and the entire company;
∎ Lead and implement budgetary control system of respective business concern;
∎ Forecast future budget needs and review budget requests for approval;
∎ Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period;
∎ Suggest spending improvements that increase profits;
∎ Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls;
∎ Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward;
∎ Monitor the order wise costing preparation, accessories requirement and consumption and analyze the variance if any compare to the budget;
∎ Analyze factory wise operational efficiency like Jhute, Wastage, Left Over & excess/short shipment and communicate it to the top management with regular interval;
∎ Gather the correct operational data to prepare the monthly operational data (MOD) report accurately;
∎ Analyze actual manufacturing costs, order wise budget, fabrics booking, etc.;
∎ Control the raw material cost by monitoring the raw material consumption of each product and compare it to the BOM/ Budget;
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analysis as and when required;
∎ Analyze factories operational efficiency like capacity utilization, wastage, rejection and communicate it to the top management with regular interval;
∎ Liaison with the operational people and time to time share the operational data with them for further improvement;
∎ Monitor the utility and other related cost of the complex;
∎ Closely monitor the status of the all inventories of the complex and report time to time if any abnormality found;
∎ Support to the corporate office providing required correct information time;
∎ Prepare analytical report and submit to the respective authorities;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of experience out of which 2 -3 years in similar position from any Large Group of Companies;
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
∎ Strong knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office;
∎ Working closely with team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan;
∎ High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
∎ People management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
∎ Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
