∎ Master/Bachelor in Business Administration from any Private or Public University.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Prior experience as the professional administrator in the foreign company;
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic, business plans and security service sales in Japanese companies in Bangladesh;
∎ Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1 Level;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for operation and decision making for the company;
∎ Security sales activities in Japanese for Japanese companies in Bangladesh;
∎ Guide, train and manage security guards;
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the security service market and the company’s future.
