• Proven experience in a leadership role.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities & Skills

• Proficient with ERP software (SAP, Oracle)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and compatible General Manager – Accounts & Finance (GM A&F) to join our leadership team. The GM A&F will be tasked with driving financial strategy, forecasting, and budgets. This role ensures our financial operations are running smoothly and effectively, aligning with organizational objectives. The GM A&F will lead & mentor of a team of finance professionals, manage financial performance and maintain robust internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for a robust accounting system.

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and cost control functions.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals.

• Identify and analyze financial risks, evaluate currency risk, market volatility, and interest rate fluctuations and develop effective risk mitigation plans.

• Present financial results and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate recording of income, expenditure, assets, and liabilities.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger and co-ordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

• Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance with all Laws, Rules & Regulations.

• Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for the accounts and finance section to monitor financial planning using Gantt Charts and other project management tools.

Job Location & Workplace: Head Office.

1 Lac to 2.5 Lac BDT per month
