∎ Strong understanding of RMG operations, export documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive financial and commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Lead the creation and execution of the Finance, Accounts, and Commercial Plan in collaboration with top management.
∎ Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support decision-making and revenue growth.
∎ Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets.
∎ Ensure statutory compliance for VAT, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.Manage treasury operations, including cash flow optimization, loan management, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting systems.
∎ Prepare monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports by order to analyze profitability trends.
∎ Conduct post-costing analysis for completed shipments to enhance future pricing and decision-making.
∎ Monitor and optimize wastage accounting from knitting to sewing processes.Evaluate budgeted vs. actual performance, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
∎ Generate machine and labor utilization reports to identify and address inefficiencies.
∎ Oversee all export-related operations, including LC issuance, amendments, and settlements.
∎ Manage relationships with buyers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Coordinate with C&F agents, customs, and shipping lines to streamline import/export processes.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation for sales contracts, shipment planning, and regulatory filings.
∎ Track and analyze freight and logistics costs, optimizing shipment schedules for cost-effectiveness.
