• Experience in the Bangladesh market and / or other manufacturing hubs (Vietnam, Cambodia, India)

Summary of Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and driven candidate — a true go-getter — with strong experience in woven and knit products and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge covering the full product lifecycle, from pattern development to bulk production, along with a clear understanding of costing, risk analysis and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of pattern development, sample making, and fabric/trim consumption

• Hands-on experience in woven and knit garment construction

• Ability to conduct and lead factory audits, PP meetings, and pre-production risk analysis

• Strong capability in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Willingness to work on the factory floor, closely supporting production teams

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach to problem solving
