• Strong experience in Industrial Engineering functions (IE)is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Develop sample as per buyers’ requirements to help production.

·Mark and cut out material sew parts of new styles by following patterns, sketches, and design specifications to prepare samples.

·Selects parts threads, according to design specifications.

·Sew parts and attaches accessories by using needle thread or sewing machine.

·Make high quality sample in emergency period.

·Adjust machines and materials to match, including selecting fabric, thread and needles.

·Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed.

·Operate and maintain machines to achieve the daily production target with best quality garments.
