• Strong knowledge of SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:

•Prepare and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.

•Conduct capacity analysis based on SMV, efficiency, and available manpower.

•Perform line loading and production scheduling.

•Coordinate closely with Merchandising and Sales teams for order confirmation and delivery feasibility.

•Ensure optimal utilization of production lines to avoid idle capacity or excessive overtime.

•Monitor daily production progress and update planning reports accordingly.

•Identify potential delivery risks and propose recovery plans.

•Analyze production data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

•Support management with accurate planning information for decision-making.

•Maintain proper communication among all relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
