∎ students as well.
∎ Please note this is a paid position. The suitable candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of 5,000 BDT per month.
∎ The suitable candidate will be prioritized for future job opening and free study abroad facilities.
∎ The successfully completed candidate will be given an "Internship Certificate" based on completion of leadership goals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Marketing interns will be responsible for advancing the sales and marketing efforts for the company. The candidate will identify target student demographics and develop campaigns to reach those demographics, as well as manage the company's social media presence and create content for the company's website and other marketing materials.
∎ Consult with students and their families to understand their education goals and help them navigate the college and university application process the candidate should research all aspects of the process and become and expert on admission / visa process.
∎ Recruit and Enroll Individual Students and contact all marketing driven leads via phone and email to establish interest and set up appointments
∎ Establish and manage the company's social media presence including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and measuring the effectiveness of social media campaigns
∎ Create and manage email marketing campaigns to Bangladeshi Students, including writing and designing emails, managing lists, and analyzing the results of campaigns
∎ Write and edit content for the company's website, blog, and other marketing materials
∎ Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online graphics
∎ Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversion rates
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for the company to differentiate itself in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have completed all the academic courses except Internship.
∎ 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on digital/on the ground marketing but freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
∎ Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
∎ Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
∎ Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and consult with students and their families.

Salary: Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
