Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably a Graduate in Hotel/Hospitality Management or the equivalent.
∎ Skills Required: Guest Management, Guest Relation, Guest Relations Services

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trains, cross -trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
∎ Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
∎ Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
∎ Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service, and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations
∎ Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
∎ Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements.
∎ Reviews and completes credit limit report.
∎ Works within the allocated budget for the front office.
∎ Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
∎ Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel.
∎ Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
∎ Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
∎ Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
∎ Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
∎ Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests and other employees.
∎ Monitor all V.I.P 's special guests and requests.
∎ Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit.
∎ Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.
∎ Perform other duties as requested by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Hote and Resort
∎ 6+ years experience in a branded hotel/resort in or outside of Bangladesh.
∎ Minimum 2 years in similar position.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken in English
∎ A good team player
∎ Willingness to work independently with self-direction under pressure
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and attentive to details.
∎ Strong leadership and inter-personal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
