∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
∎ Take reservation over phone call.
∎ Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
∎ Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).
∎ Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
∎ Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
∎ Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
∎ Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.
∎ Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
∎ Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Employment Status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have to excellent knowledge about NICE Hotel management software.
∎ Speaking and Writing English is must.
∎ Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibility.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Professional appearance.
∎ Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
∎ Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to operate Computer, telephone/Fax, email, Electronic payment gadgets.
∎ Should be able to communicate and work with foreigners.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Service Charge
