As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in creating a positive and professional impression. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, assisting them with accurate information about our services, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

You will also manage essential administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to general inquiries. In addition, you will coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient office operations, maintain the office schedule, and address customer concerns promptly.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients professionally upon arrival

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proper etiquette

  • Transfer calls to relevant departments

  • Provide accurate information via phone, email, social media and in person

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk

  • Keep records, files, and documents updated

  • Receive and distribute letters, parcels, and documents

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management
