∎ Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
∎ Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)·
∎ Scheduling appointments.
∎ Maintaining the reception area.
∎ Attending calls.
∎ Managing mail and deliveries.
∎ Maintain office supplies.
