Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome and greetings to all clients, visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to front desk operation.
Receiving phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing call as per desire of the caller or shouldManage logistic issues of the department.
Handle day to day administrative matters of the organization.
Receiving and sorting daily mails, giving basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
Maintaining log books/registers/parcels as receiving Parcel, Courier, and bills as well as distribute to the concern person.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Updating & scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Assisting in meeting arrangements and organizing catering
