Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone about admission procedure of foreign universities & countries.
∎ Collect documents from students, scan and manage them as per guideline.
∎ Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow - up them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via social media advertisements like FaceBook.
