Experience:
1. Visitor & Reception Management
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and candidates professionally upon arrival.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and entrance lobby.
Manage visitor logbooks, issue security badges/passes, and adhere to company security protocols.
2. Communication & Switchboard Operations
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
Manage the central office email inbox, responding to general inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team members.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate outgoing courier dispatches and maintain tracking logs.
3. Administrative Support
Assist Human Resources and Administration teams with routine tasks, such as scheduling interviews, preparing meeting rooms, or printing materials.
Monitor and manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies, placing orders when necessary.
Schedule and coordinate the usage of shared conference rooms or meeting spaces.
Maintain updated internal contact directories and employee extensions.
