∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving all members, guests, suppliers and buyers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately.
∎ Maintaining all incoming persons record, keep notes and pass them to the proper authority.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained to represent the company with a view of a good image.
∎ Maintain MD's/Directors appointment for guests/buyers if any.
∎ Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person.
∎ Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills from/to related courier company representatives.
∎ Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills etc & keeping record.
∎ Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the organization and keep a record of visitors' logbook.
∎ Maintain good working relationships and communicates with other departments and organizations on behalf of Management requirements.
∎ Provide general administrative support.
∎ Keep up to date with all official /business contact numbers.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, Outlook)
