Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm, professional manner.
Direct guests to the appropriate person, department, or meeting room.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take accurate messages when needed.
Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with accurate information.
Customer Service & Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving minor issues or directing concerns to the right person.
Build rapport with frequent visitors and clients to enhance their experience.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
