∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Handling Customers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome client/ visitors as they come and go, making waiting time comfortable after notifying relevant individual.
∎ Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
∎ Clarifying queries and address complaints appropriately.
∎ Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments according to instruction.
∎ Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
∎ Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
∎ Regularly check and sort emails.
∎ Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
∎ Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
∎ Have an overview of the office expenses and costs.
∎ Help make travel arrangements or any other administrative help.
∎ Attending any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in any field.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ A pleasant personality possessing corporate etiquette and can maintain appropriate attire.
∎ Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel.
∎ Applicants with the experience from following departments will be given priority: Administration, Sales, Customer Service, and Office Management.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Paid leave (sick, annual, and casual)
