• Age 23 to 30 years

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped reception area with necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, paper, brochures).
• Greet and warmly welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Provide accurate information regarding courses, services and general inquiries.
• Respond to questions and resolve concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage all incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or recording detailed messages.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages and other deliveries.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing correspondence, parcels and documents.
• Check, sort and forward emails in a timely and organized manner.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files and databases.
• Track and report office expenses and costs, ensuring efficiency.
• Support additional administrative duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements, scheduling and event coordination.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly

1. The selected candidate will be appointed on a 6-month probationary period.

2. Upon successful completion of the probation, he/she will be confirmed as a full-time employee.
