Education:
∎ Adiquid experiences with Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute / BSc. in any discipline from any reputed Educational Institute.
∎ MEP Engineering is Preferable.

∎ Must have 6(six) months FSCD training.
∎ Experience from Bangladesh Fire Services & Civil Defense will be preferred.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on fire safety management to ensure fire safety in an international hospital.
∎ Must be well familiar to set up firefighting equipment as per the requirement of the Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Our organization is seeking a qualified, diligent, and experienced professional to join us as a Fire Safety Officer.
∎ Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing fire safety policies and procedures within the workplace. This includes creating evacuation plans and ensuring that all employees are trained in fire safety protocols.
∎ Conduct fire hazard risk assessments and ensure compliance with BNBC, Fire Prevention Act, Accord, and Alliance standards.
∎ Provide fire safety and hazard training for employees and conduct regular fire drills.
∎ Ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees, construction labors, outsourced staffs and security personnel.
∎ Collaborate with projects management and external agencies (Fire Service & Civil Defence) for audits and approvals.
∎ Investigate fire incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the facility of fire hydrant, fire pumps, Sprinkler system, detection systems are adequate and are working properly.
∎ Ensure monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drills as per program to aware all workers & staff.
