Must have completed a minimum 6-month professional training course from Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD) with valid training certificate and must be knowledge BOSCH Control Panel Board.

Requirements:

Must possess good knowledge of BOSCH Control Panel Board

Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure full compliance with Fire Service & Civil Defense requirements, Bangladesh Labour Act, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and buyer Codes of Conduct.

• Conduct regular fire safety inspections throughout the factory, warehouse, utility buildings, and office areas.

• Maintain fire Extinguisher (Detection & Protection Systems) and other Firefighting Equipment.

• Monitor the condition and functionality of fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, emergency lights, exit signage and fire doors.

• Organize and conduct monthly fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.

• Develop, review, and update Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and fire evacuation procedures.

• Train employees, Fire Fighting Teams, Search & Rescue Teams, First Aid Teams, and Floor Wardens on fire prevention, earthquake and emergency response.

• Maintain all fire safety records, inspection reports, drill reports, training records, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate inspections and licensing activities with Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense.

• Support buyer social compliance audits, including Betterwork, BSCI, GOTS, and other customer audits.

• Investigate fire incidents and near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct fire risk assessments and identify potential hazards.

• Ensure emergency exits, evacuation routes, assembly points, and firefighting equipment remain unobstructed and operational.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance of fire protection systems with engineering and maintenance teams.

• Prepare monthly fire safety performance reports for management.

• Promote fire safety awareness throughout the organization
