∎ Currently, SFSA Bangladesh is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the position of `Financial Analyst`.
∎ Type of Contract: Full Time Employee (contractual; initially for one year)
∎ Location of Posting: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Closely work with SFSA HQ, Switzerland)
∎ Job Summary: The role is designed to provide support and assistance to the SFSA HQ Finance & Operation team. While this position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, the Financial Analyst will exclusively work with the SFSA HQ Finance and Operation team based in Basel, Switzerland. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will allocate a certain percentage of his/her time to assist the SFSA Bangladesh office as needed.
∎ Relationships: S/he will be reportable to the Finance & Admin Lead of SFSA Bangladesh Administratively and Finance Manager of SFSA HQ functionally. Also, S/he will work in close coordination with SFSA`s Bangladesh Management and team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly reporting of actual expenses:
∎ Ensure the smooth and timely collection of the monthly data from the HQ and the countries into Controlling Tool
∎ Review and manage data quality by identifying errors in the reported data and make sure their timely correction
∎ Spot and correct master data inconsistency in the Controlling Tool
∎ Global Admin of the Timesheet Tool:
∎ Consolidate and prepare the analysis of the reported data on a regular basis
∎ Lead the review process of data quality in the tool
∎ Ensure the master data alignment to other Tools
∎ Budget and Latest Estimate:
∎ Provide support to HQ Finance in defining the global Budget & Latest Estimate process
∎ Ensure the timely submission of the data by the countries
∎ Consolidate and prepare analysis of submitted data
∎ Support to the HQ Administrator:
∎ Maintenance of the Invoice Database
∎ Ensure the master data consistency with other Tools
∎ Support HQ Finance with ad-hoc analysis requests
∎ Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible to perform any other assignment(s) given by the management of SFSA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ General understanding of accounting rules and methods
∎ Proficiency in 365 MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), databases, and financial software applications
∎ Fluency in English is essential
∎ Proactive, curious, and eager to learn personality
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
