Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the market trends and generating ideas for making business proposals for discovering business opportunities and maximizing profits.
∎ ? Developing new metrics for driving business performance relative to strategic priorities and minimizing risk.
∎ ? Developing and implementing plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that enable sound analysis and financial recommendations.
∎ ? Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments.
∎ ? Understanding and calculating the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
∎ ? Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives ? Developing and maintaining effective internal control systems and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. ? Preparing and verifying different project-related financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement etc.) for project profiles, business plans, feasibility studies, information memorandum, etc. ? Driving and monitoring business units on how to successfully execute the Board of Director's plan. ? Determining the operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; and evaluating output requirements and formats. ? Preparing all VAT and TAX-related documentation and handling all information. ? Possessing a strong understanding of Corporate Finance, Customer Management, and Financial Regulatory Oversight. ? Attending the forums, association events, clients' discussions and conferences and submitting feedback.
∎ Complying with national and local financial regulations by studying existing and proposed legislation. ? Dealing with all correspondence related to the Managing Director’s Office. Any other activities assigned by the Honorable Managing Director as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), IASB, GAAP, IAS and other relevant accounting standards.
∎ ? Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
∎ ? Extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
∎ ? Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
∎ ? Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, SAP and other financial software.
