∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ ACMA, ACA, FCMA, FCA, CA-CC from reputed firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounts and Finance, Corporate Finance, Finance and bank cooperation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of Loan & other corresponding documents from respective banks, positions analysis & reporting.
∎ Posting, updating & settling down all transactions (interest, principle, new loan etc.) in ERP software on monthly basis.
∎ To forecast repayments of loan & reporting monthly repayment of loan (Interest & Principle).
∎ Bank book reconciliation & documents preservation.
∎ Preparing business corresponding letters (Bank & others) as and when necessary.
∎ Reporting on overdue liabilities of banks on regular basis.
∎ Report preparation on outstanding liability position, Interest charged amount as on date on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis and other reports as per the management requirements.
∎ Prepare all kind of financial statements & reports that are related with day to day business operations.
∎ Adopt various policies and procedures to effective run the finance & accounts department in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Prepare the periodical financial statements & reports.
∎ Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
∎ Prepare periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control.
∎ Responsible to look after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures, VAT, AIT, Customs etc.
∎ Forecast and review yearly budget preparation, post budget analysis, cash flow analysis, analytical review of financial statements and reporting.
∎ Maintain a high level of relationship with authorities like Bangladesh Bank & other Banks.
∎ Handle other work assigned by the Management.
