Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must have suitable knowledge of financial software-Sage/ERP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Factory Accounts, Finance Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintaining a costing system to ensure the BOMs reflects the true cost of each item
∎ Manage labour forecasting and forecast drivers such as volume and mix
∎ Develop and monitor KPIs
∎ Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly site factory performance reports and variance analysis.
∎ To assist in the month-end process by reviewing overheads, labour and materials accounts
∎ Maintain strong relationships with the finance team based in the UK to address reporting needs
∎ Support projects by providing cost benefit analysis and financial accounting information
∎ Manage the day to day cash flow/budgeting/expenses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years cost accounting experience within a manufacturing site
∎ Self-starter, good communicator
∎ Advanced Excel skills
∎ Fluent English
∎ Sage/ERP
∎ Foreign qualification would be given preference
∎ Minimum experience of 5-8 years working with some experience within a multinational company environment
Salary: Negotiable
