Experience:
M.Com/MBA/MBS major in Accounting & Finance from a reputed institution.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance, administration and grants management in the development sectors.
Must have prior experience with national and International NGOs. Working experience in USAID-funded projects is preferable.
Committed to accomplishing deadlines and producing outputs efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in all situation and environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, cost-effectiveness and integrity.
Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize the work.
Skilled in computer literacy, application software, internet, and email communication.
Good understanding of and commitment to promote Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) related concepts, ideas, and best practices.
Willing to drive a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Accounting Software use friendly tools, Power Point, email, etc.
Ability to prepare Financial Reports and linking with programs implemented;
Ability to prepare document reports in both English and Bangla;
Willing to travel and work in the most remote area

Action for Social Development (ASD), established in 1988, is a non-government, non-profit and non-political development organization. Project Background:
ASD is going to implement a project named USAID Bangladesh America Maitree Project (Agriculture and Food Security) at Sunamgonj District from November 2024 to November 2026 funded by USAID. This project will be implemented in 03 (Three) Upazila (Sunanmgonj Sadar, Derai and Dowarabazar) under the Sunamgonj District in partnership with USAID Bangladesh America Maitree Project-BRAC. To implement the project, ASD invites applications from the competent and qualified persons for the following positions:
