∎ Line Manager: Project Manager
∎ Project/Dept. Name: SRH
∎ Reporting to: Project Manager
∎ Working Conditions: Based in project office, Ukhiya, Cox`sbazar.
∎ Location: Ukhiya Upazila, Cox`s Bazar
∎ Maintain daily account of the project expenditure
∎ Keep record of all expenditure of project
∎ Receive all kind of logistics of project as well as distributes and maintain records
∎ Closely works with procurement team and finance team towards timely procurement of kind of logistics/materials of project
∎ Timely raise PA/PR/PO for uninterrupted supply chain of project
∎ Maintain all necessary documents, registers, master role, stokes,
∎ Petty cash management
∎ Supervise any kind of renovation and maintenance works of the HP
∎ Prepare and submit the volunteer salary vouchers and master roles
∎ Supervise to support staff and Office helper
∎ Cash purchase from local market discussion with line manager and health team management
∎ Regularly update all asset/goods lists, registers of project
∎ Ensure monitoring and follow towards effective use of different logistics/materials of project
∎ Monitoring the medicines utilization and stocks
∎ Stock data compilation and analyze of the project
∎ Ensure record-keeping as well as screening checklist and registers
∎ Prepare the monthly cash call and expenditure report
∎ Make sure regular financial reports sending to Manager and CARE
∎ Coordinate with other responders (Procurement, finance, logistics, warehouse etc.)
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Project Management authority.
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years' practical work experience in an NGO/INGO and donor funded program
∎ Proficiency in using computer software e. g MS office and internet.
∎ Budget preparation, expenditure analysis and portfolio analysis
∎ Proven skill in financial management, managing of donor funds, GAAP, VAT, Tax, Donor rules and regulations etc
∎ Monthly /quarterly Financial reporting skills
∎ Maintain program advances status and timely adjustments and accomplish different financial reconciliation
∎ Cash call preparation and patty cash management skill
∎ Communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bangla.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Budget management, detail implementation plan and report writing skills
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Facilitation of Internal and External Audit
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
