∎ Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare statements of Financial Position, Changes in Equity and Cash Flow
∎ Prepare and forecast monthly and yearly budget and variance analysis report
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements for management according to IAS
∎ Provide financial and analytical support to functional teams as needed, including reporting of actual vs budget variances, and assess associated risks and opportunities of financial results.
∎ Monitor Financial Procedure, Internal Control and Compliance
∎ Execute monthly payroll & salary payments disbursement
∎ Maintenance of all kinds of financial records, such as Fixed Asset Register, Ledger, Cash book, Bank book, Daybook, and Petty cash management.
∎ Document and record all kinds of voucher such as receipts, payments and journal vouchers
∎ Maintain daily financial transactions through cash & cheques
∎ Verify all bills, receipts, invoices and chalaan
∎ Review procurement process & delivery orders and provide recommendation wherever necessary
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT return, Tax assessment, half yearly withholding Tax return, yearly individual tax return and deduction of TDS & VDS
∎ Prepare all necessary application for Government Loans and Funds (example: Cash Incentive on Remittance)
∎ Prepare all necessary secretarial documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4.5+ years of relevant corporate experience in F&A, preferably in industry environment.
∎ Sound knowledge on Tax and Vat implications (Direct, Indirect, Salary and Procurement).
∎ Good understanding on Regulatory Compliance requirements (RJSC, IRC, ERC & Trade License, etc).
∎ Good understanding and in Experience in Import and Export.
∎ Solid grasp on Accounting transactions and software skills (ERP, Tally, etc).
∎ Experience in Export Cash Incentive in Remittance Applications.
∎ Must have personality traits - humility, honesty, hardworking and integrity.
∎ Skills:
∎ Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
∎ Collecting and analyzing data.
∎ Excellent planning and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
∎ Working knowledge of GAAP accounting close practices.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Computer skill is a must, working knowledge of Microsoft office (words, Excel, Power point), Google tools is a plus.
∎ Must have experience using state-of-the-art accounting and financial tools.
