∎ Proficient in English is must (Writing & Speaking).Understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices, with a willingness to further develop expertise.
∎ Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for financial data entry and simple calculations.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
∎ Problem-solving skills to identify and correct discrepancies in financial data.
∎ Adherence to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality with financial data.
∎ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
∎ Ability to communicate in English clearly with team members and Stakeholders in USA.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day USA account operations including accounts payable and receivable, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Prepare and update financial records such as invoices, payments, and reconciliations for MIS reports.
∎ Maintaining long-term, professional vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Assist in verifying invoices, processing payments, and resolving financial discrepancies in compliance with company policies and procedures·
∎ Maintain clear and professional communication with USA vendors and clients.
∎ Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
∎ Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Support the team in analyzing financial data to recommend process improvements.
