∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Filing Specialist is responsible for processing EDGAR filings, converting files to EDGAR specific format and filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR Compliance requirements
∎ Review project files to ensure they are within SEC requirements, US GAAP, IFRS and customer guidelines
∎ Ability to work with different file formats such as Word/Excel and Internet applications in order to review reports and rendering of Word/HTML files for accuracy and compliance
∎ Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner to determine and resolve issues via email and phone.

∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Bengali)
∎ Willingness to grow with the company
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should be self driven, results-oriented and able to work to meet tight deadlines
∎ Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and attention to details
∎ Candidates with knowledge of DreamWeaver and basic HTML will be preferred
∎ Candidates with work time and workplace flexibility will be preferred.
∎ After successful completion of the training period, candidates may be required to work during the night shift from their homes, except during the training period.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
