∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting, CA (CC)
∎ Skills Required: Finance/ Accounts, Tax and VAT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Auditing, Cash Incentive, Finance and bank cooperation, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan
∎ Preparation of Financial Statements on a monthly basis. Annual preparation Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Cash Flow, Notes to the financial statements and analysis thereof
∎ Ensure timely preparation of Bank Payment, Receipt and journal voucher
∎ Monitor payment status for all account’s dues
∎ Ensure proper Maintenance of Accounts/ Registers
∎ Ensure timely reporting of all day to day financial information
∎ Reconcile of Petty Cash & Bank
∎ Keeping record of transaction & preparation of all kinds of voucher both in Manual & Software
∎ Preparation & Maintenance of requisition slips & bills
∎ Prepare the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly accounts and financial reports on a regular basis
∎ Monitor the Tax & VAT related matters and maintain liaison with Tax & VAT authorities
∎ Preparation & process cash Incentive documents
∎ Review and oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the company including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports for various analyses
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Bengali)
∎ Willingness to grow with the company
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Must have your own Laptop or desktop. You need to be responsible of your own devices required for this position
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range is Tk 30,000-40,000 monthly depending on the experience & educational background. Negotiable for the finalist.
