Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Filing Specialist is responsible for processing electronic filings, converting files from PDF and Word formats to specialized HTML using multiple tools
∎ Review project files to ensure they are within pre-defined requirements, and customer guidelines
∎ Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
∎ Ability to work with different file formats such as Word/Excel and Internet applications in order to review reports and rendering of Word/HTML files for accuracy and compliance
∎ Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner to determine and resolve issues via email and phone

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Two year’s experience processing different formats of electronic documents preferred but not mandatory
∎ Two year’s experience working on accounting tasks preferred but not mandatory
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply with correct academic background
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Bengali)
∎ Willingness to grow with the company
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should be self driven, results-oriented and able to work to meet tight deadlines
∎ Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and attention to details
∎ Candidates with knowledge of Dreamweaver and basic HTML will be preferred
∎ Candidates with work time and workplace flexibility will be preferred
∎ The position is shift based work. There will be three shifts for 24 hours
∎ Candidates with work time and workplace flexibility will be preferred
∎ Must have your own Laptop or desktop. You need to be responsible of your own devices required for this position

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ TK. 25,000 after a successful probationary period of three (3) months.
