Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Filed Facilitator-SRHR from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Girls Get Equal: An integrated approach to end Child, Early and Forced Marriage" for 5 years with possibility of further extension.
∎ Report to: Technical officer-SRHR
∎ Job Location: Any Union of Barguga Sadar Upazila
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops union based work plan for the community mobilization
∎ Develops work plan for the OOSC based interventions
∎ Facilitate training to Adolescent Peer Leader on SRHR/CSE, life skills, OOSC package
∎ Facilitates various sessions for raising awareness in the community.
∎ Facilitates and develops safe spaces/clubs for the adolescent girls & boys to discuss SRHR/CSE issues.
∎ Organizes different events in line with the project interventions.
∎ Works with the relevant committee in the Union Parishad for strengthening community based child protection system.
∎ Provides reports to the team as per the implementation plans.
∎ Implement the project activities (like Beneficiaries selection, group formation in out of school children, Adolescent Peer Leader selection, Child and Youth protection, GEMS Model, etc.) at field level to ensuring quality of work.
∎ Maintaining liaison with local government.
∎ Any other job assigned by Upazila Coordinator/Technical officer-SRHR.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 02 years' experience in relevant field. Experience in working with children and youth, training, youth club, SRHR, GE
Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 15,692 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
