Job Context:
∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Filed Facilitator-Social Empowerment from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Girls Get Equal: An integrated approach to end Child, Early and Forced Marriage" for 5 years with possibility of further extension.
∎ Job Location: Any Union of Barguna Sadar Upazila
∎ Report to: Technical Officer-CSO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to conduct survey and selection potential clubs, youths and beneficiaries.
∎ Supervise beneficiaries groups as per target
∎ Assist to ensure proper record keeping of groups, champion father and mothers, different committees.
∎ Assist to organize and support different workshops, dialogue sessions, TfDs
∎ Assists to Promote safe space for youth and youth led programme for girls rights
∎ Assist to strengthening capacity of the CSOs, adolescent and young people
∎ Assist to ensure & timely supply of materials for Day celebration and Sports & Cultural competition in school, in community space
∎ Ensure support on awareness on Child rights, girl's rights, stop child marriage
∎ Assist to follow up of training provided to the adolescents/youths, school students
∎ Assist to conduct orientation for CSO/group members as required
∎ Keep daily records of the field activities to prepare and submit monthly activities report/quarterly report in time and other information as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 Years relevant working experience will get preference.
∎ Age maximum 30 years

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 16187 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
