Responsibilities & Context: age HSC/Equivalent Age: 25-35 Area association membership, loan savings, etc. 6 months apprenticeship period, monthly salary 16,000/- Taka. After regularization of employment, the monthly salary is 31,304/- Taka in total. If you have at least 2 years of experience working in a relevant position in a national level NGO in a microfinance program (if any), the apprenticeship period is relaxable and you will be entitled to full monthly salary allowance after joining. 6 months apprenticeship period monthly salary 18,000/- Taka. After regularization of employment, the monthly salary is 34,120/- Taka in total. If at least 1 friend has experience of working in the relevant position in a national level NGO microfinance program (if any), the apprenticeship period is relaxable and you will be entitled to full monthly salary allowance after joining. Nashik Salary and Allowance: Total: 306,650/- Taka. Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience working as a Field Officer in a microfinance program in a national level NGO.
