∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Working experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG, NGOs and merchant acquisition officer are preferable.
∎ Should have a good understanding of the industry and market.
∎ Ability to operate salesforce automation tools.
∎ Must be positive and proactive in achieving sales targets.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
∎ Should be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capacity to work independently in the field, manage retailor and merchant effectively.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver targets in both structured and fluid environments.
∎ Familiarity with retail, wholesale, and bazaar markets.
∎ Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple tasks.
