Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in social science/Agriculture/ DVM Animal Husbandry or related disciplines with at least 2 years of experience in development sector.

Job Context:
∎ BeezBistar Foundation (BBF), a non-profit non-government organization is seeking applications for the project entitled `Food Safety Governance in Poultry Sector`.
∎ Recruitment of the following positions will take place immediately. Male and female applicants are welcome to work in field areas of Gazipur, Tangail and Kushtia.
∎ Job Duration: February 2020 to June 2020 with the possibility of extension.
∎ Joining Date: Expected to join by 10 February 2020

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the directives of Project Director and Field Coordinator
∎ Assist to design and prepare the plan and implement the project activities in accordance with the organizational plans and donor requirements.
∎ Help to ensure the project delivers all desired targets on time and with quality.
∎ Ability to facilitation and implementation of the capacity building trainings, seminars, and workshops as per required.
∎ Committed to achieving results in a short time frame and under time pressure.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report.
∎ Ensure programmatic and financial compliance.
∎ Willing to travel according to job purpose.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience support to Project Management, project coordination, staff supervision, monitoring and evaluation (Should have experience in advocacy program/ governance at local & national level for at least 1 year will get more preference)
∎ Ability to liaison with relevant govt and private sectors.
∎ Experience in report writing.
∎ Ability to prepare a quality report in English and Bangla is essential.
∎ Fluency both in writing and speaking English and Bangla is essential.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Bangla typing skill is must.
